Consent Forms 


EVERYONE participating in the Haunt HAS to have the appropriate signed forms turned-in in order to participate in the haunt. 2 Forms needed from EVERYONE to participate in the haunt MAAC Agreement and Waiver Volunteer Info & Permission Form Forms are attached, please fill out and return ASAP, you will not be able to participate until they are turned in. 

All volunteers under 16 years old 


Your parents MUST stay at the Haunt while you are volunteering unless otherwise approved by the Haunt Master. We have areas where adult help is needed for all those remaining!  

Costumes 


Feel free to bring a costume if you have one. If not, wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind tearing up and staining.  Make-up and costumes will be available.  Do not wear anything of value as make-up and fake blood stains.No logos on clothing please.Prop techs: Wear comfortable dark clothing. 

Performance Nights 


ALL volunteers MUST be present no later than 4pm on the nights of the event and be able to perform from 6pm till 10pm (or until the last group goes through the Haunt).PLEASE check in with our Volunteer Coordinator. Each night after the last patrons exits the haunt, we will have a brief recap and debrief meeting with
 ALL VOLUNTEERS. 

Please do not leave until after the Haunt Master has released you! 
Roles Available 


We have multiple roles for both actors and prop tech to be filled.  For the actors someone that would be there each night would be preferred, but not mandatory. 

Reminders 


Arrive at 4 p.m. for make-up and costume. Eat dinner before arriving. There will be no food inside the haunt. Leave anything of value at home.  Any volunteers who are misbehaving will be asked to leave.
